Performers who are committed to being their best possible selves have coaches. Yes, I said coaches as in more than one coach. Over a forty-year career everyone committed to top performance will have a dozen or more coaches.

MacklinConnection coaches are committed to your growth. You will be sufficient in leading and culture creation in eighteen to thirty months. Our coaches have a stand for their clients, you can each of their stands on their page. The MacklinConnection stand for our clients is:

1. We never Coach without permission.
2. Everyone who is committed to becoming their best, wants the best coach they can afford.
3. We never tell our clients what to do, we believe in them and telling them what to do is undignified.
